Personal / home licence
Intended for use within one household. Files may not be redistributed, uploaded publicly, resold or reproduced for institutional use.
Classroom licence
Intended for one named teacher or educator and their current classroom, subject to the licence supplied with the product.
Practitioner licence
Intended for one named practitioner using materials directly with their own learners or clients. It does not grant unrestricted redistribution or resale rights.
School licence
Intended for staff and enrolled learners at one licensed school/site. Multi-site organisations should obtain the appropriate multi-site arrangement.
Copyright
Unless a product licence states otherwise, NUVITHINK content, illustrations, layout and brand assets remain protected by copyright and may not be republished, resold or redistributed without permission.
Developmental resources
Standard NUVITHINK workbooks are educational developmental resources and should not be represented as clinical tests, psychometric assessments, diagnoses or treatments.
